This makes use and is a proof of concept of the new ansible-secrets repository (used for retrieving the SMTP password)
Other than that, it is just another config file being pushed onto monitoring.labolyon.dn42

Rework prometheus blackbox monitoring configuration 43c7959d85

* Use scrape_config_files correctly
 * Do not separate prometheus and blackbox exporter nodes
