```

Get registered vote list.
    

##### **tags:** *```array|string|null```*   
Tags list as a string separated by commas or array.    


##### **with:** *```bool```*   
Get votes with these tags or without.    


### Return value:   

*(```array```)* Populated by each Vote object.
